do you deliver? or do i have to pick my items up?
we deliver all of our pieces! delivery is complimentary within 10 miles of corning ny when you book a lounge package! smaller "a la carte" items like rugs, card boxes, etc. can be picked up from our location in corning ny!
how do i see what items are available to rent?
under the "our rentals" section of our website, you can see all of the cute pieces we currently have available! we are always adding new inventory throughout the year. if something catches your eye, reach out to us through our contact form!
uh oh - something got broken. what do we do?
things happen! damage to our rentals may range from a cleaning fee to an item replacement fee, depending on the severity. this is all included in detail in your rental contract! pink daisy co will assess the damage after your event & reach out!

how far out should i book my rental items?
we have a one of a kind inventory, and pieces are booked quickly! we recommend reaching out as soon as our books are open for your wedding year & you have both a date and venue booked!
will you set up our rentals when you deliver?
of course! as a full-service rental company, pink daisy co takes care of everything from delivery, setup & pickup of all our rental items - leaving you free to enjoy your day with the people you love most!
how long is your rental timeframe for?
our rentals are for the day of your event, as we deliver & pick up same day. for venues within 30 minutes of corning ny, we can set up the day before (if the venue allows & if your rentals will be fully inside)

how many people can
your pop-up picnics accommodate?
we have picnic packages designed for two people and other packages for more people! bachelorette parties, or date night, we would love to make your vison come to life!
do you provide food & beverages at your pop-up picnics?
a bottle of sparkling lemonade or water is included with your picnic! if you wish to bring your own food & beverages, we ask that all liquids be non staining. we provide all tableware, glasses & utensils for you!
where can i have my
pop-up picnic at?
pink daisy co's pop-up picnics mainly serve the corning ny area within a radius of 1 hour. we love having picnics in parks or backyards, but we will work with you to come up with the perfect location for your event!

what happens if there is bad weather?
rain rain go away! in the event of inclement weather, your picnic will be rescheduled (subject to pink daisy co's availability) unless there is an indoor backup location provided by the customer at the time of booking
can i leave the pop-up picnic unattended?
we ask that you do not leave the picnic location unattended until a pink daisy co team member (clean up crew!) arrives at the end of the picnic time
how do i book a pop-up picnic?
send us a message through the "contact" section of our website, and we can get started on your picnic! a non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with full payment due two weeks before the event
